The Challenge

Develop a retail environment to showcase Philip's range of small domestic appliances. The concept had to enhance Philips’ brand values and promote the innovation and advanced technology of the products.

The Shopper Truth

Shopper confusion in this category can be overwhelming and act as a barrier to purchase. By creating a stylish, calm and high tech environment to shop within, we aimed to relax shoppers and extend dwell times, cross-category browsing and trade-up purchases.

Our Approach

We revitalised the shopping experience with engaging, interactive displays, utilising the latest technology & digital panels. The creation of a unified visual identity across disparate categories, promoted the Philips brand experience. Clear signage, segmentation & communication made it easy for Shoppers to buy.
